- In-app inquiry: In Kotomo: Settings → Feedback / Inquiry (you may be able to attach text and images)
- In-app FAQ: Open the inquiry area from Settings and review frequently asked questions

- Kotomo support staff check the inbox on business days.
- We aim to reply within approximately 3–5 business days. Complex investigations or high volume may delay our response.
- When you write in, please include your OS (iOS / Android) and app version, and when the issue occurred, if possible.
